Deposits are non-refundable. Full balance due at completion of charter. All charters include fuel, bait, tackle, and fully licensed and insured boat and crew. Captain will determine departure time and destination. Charter is subject to Captain's sole discretion regarding weather. No refund if cancellation due to weather but Bigfoot Sportfishing will make a good faith attempt to reschedule the charter.
